Hi! I'm Gena, AuDHD millennial mum to four neuro-sparkly kiddies, including one rocking an extra chromosome.

My passion for boundaries work comes from not having any. I survived 7 years of covert and overt sex abuse. This shaped my sense of safety in the world; my self worth; and ability to stand my ground.

The road to healthy boundaries has been long, hard and ongoing. I ended up going no contact with my mother, who was also my abuser's enabler. I've navigated layered, tricky and traumatising terrain for almost 2 decades.

I bring lived experience and over a decade of self development. In my pursuit of self improvement and understanding what happened to me, I became familiar with techniques such as schema work, trauma informed care and ethical practices around navigating trauma.

Modalities such as human design (I became a reader) and developing my psychic abilities, supported me in getting in touch with my intuition.

I became a Reiki Master and played a pivotal role in my own healing. I've had the hard conversations and come through the other side feeling whole and at home with myself.

My intention with this guiding work book is for you to work through this and utilise your findings in session with your preferred mental health professional or mentor, depending where you are on your journey.
